Here's something new: Rand McNally's City Routes and Scenic Guide books will now be available--not on paper--but for download to Navigon's chic (if I do say so) in-car GPS devices. You can pick up either one online this spring for $19.99. Of course, you gotta dish out the $599.99 for the Navigon 8100T (pictured above) first.
